This is an exercise potion that tastes like mint-chocolate milk but is low in carbs and has no sugar or sweeteners and I love it. Energy is 60% fat, 23% carbs, and 17% protein which I think is a nice mix and emphasizes fats. Therefore, I think this drink is suitable for a ketogenic approach and it will not put you at risk of spiking insulin levels, which shuts down fat metabolism during exercise. Moreover, it is made with real foods and is loaded with fat-soluble vitamins, antioxidants, electrolytes, and minerals to support hydration and recovery. Check out the nutritional profile of the vitamins and minerals below – they are off the charts.
During a race, I recommend bottling this in a running belt, which I didn’t find as annoying as I thought it was going to be. Try to target about 3 sips or about 1 ounce per mile.

- 8 oz Coconut Water
- 1 pastured raw egg
- 0.5 Tbsp MCT oil or Coconut oil.
- 8 drops concentrace
- 8 drops liposomal vitamin C
- 0.5 ml Arctic Mint Fermented Cod-Liver Oil (FCLO)
- 1 Tbsp Baking Cocoa
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 10 to 30 seconds. This will emulsify the MCT oil and will blend the egg. Pour into running bottles the night before a race and save any extra that won’t fit. Because the result is quite frothy, you can use the extra to re-fill your running bottles to the top as the mixture settles overnight and yields a little more space. (The volume shrinks about 20 percent).
